Over eight years as a Chief of Staff and COO of a single-family office, I developed a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to build and scale sustainable operations from the ground up. I directed cross-functional teams, managed complex initiatives, and established the operational frameworks that enabled the organization to function at the highest level. This experience revealed the critical gap between theoretical best practices and what actually works within the unique context of family office environments.
